Android
Download for Android (APK, 4 MB)- Open the downloaded file.
- If Android asks, allow installing apps from your browser.
- Tap Install, then open SosaHelp.
Coming to Google Play soon. Android 7.0 or newer. The app rings for new requests while it is open; to be alerted when it is closed, also turn alerts on at sosahelp.fadafad.com in Chrome.
iPhone and iPad
The App Store version is on its way. Until then, add SosaHelp to your Home Screen. It opens full screen like an app:
- Open sosahelp.fadafad.com in Safari.
- Tap the Share button (square with an arrow).
- Choose Add to Home Screen, then Add.
Providers: ring me for new requests. Open SosaHelp from the new Home Screen icon (not from Safari), log in, go to My account → New request alerts and tap Ring me for new requests, then Allow. Needs iOS 16.4 or later. Alerts use the standard notification sound, and silent mode and Focus still apply.
Talk instead of typing. On the app and on the website, press Call (or the microphone next to the message box) and speak to the AI matchmaker; it answers out loud. The app asks for the microphone the first time. In Chrome, Edge and Safari your own browser turns speech into text; anywhere else SosaHelp transcribes it on its own server. You can choose SosaHelp's own transcription in the call window.
